What we collect
When you submit a request, we collect the name, contact method, contact details and home sourcing information and optional reference photos you choose to provide. We also use limited technical information to protect the service against abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to respond, prepare product shortlists, discuss quotations and manage your sourcing request. We do not automatically enrol you in marketing messages.
What other visitors can see
Only if you separately agree, our team may publish an edited, anonymous request and its product shortlist. Reference photos, names, contact details, addresses, private notes and payment links are never included in the public listing.
Storage and service providers
Request records are stored on Google Cloud and are accessible to authorised HomeToSG administrators. Public product text may be processed by a translation service; customer contact information is not submitted for public product translation.
Your choices
You can ask to correct or delete your request, or withdraw permission for public display, by contacting us and quoting your request reference. We retain records while needed for your request and associated order or record-keeping needs, and review inactive enquiries for deletion.
